Our first Critic Pick went to Tracy Curley. Sue Peters stopped by and loved Tracy’s work. It was nice to get a review to help get the crowds headed our way:
Critic's Pick
The Stranger
Somehow Lanae got mixed up in a debt over the ethics of art critics. Ok, so it Lanae did write a letter. It wasn’t exactly by accident:
Letters to the Editor
Zephyr's first gallery solo show, Homeland, was also one of The Stranger's critic picks.

The first time La Familia Gallery LLC ended up in the Newspaper. It has nothing to do with art, but since we are proud to have Viet Mai as a neighbor I’m including it:
A helping of good news for a good lady
And here we are again. This time being grossly misquoted on the topic of living in a Pioneer Square. The amusing part of this is that they quoted a guest of the gallery, Virginia Woller, as an owner. We asked for a correction but never got one. For the record, La Familia Gallery owners LOVE the square and we would have bought here if there had been anything available at the time we were purchasing our home:
Condos for a new kind of pioneer
